About This Event
Food safety is everyone’s responsibility. Due diligence must be taken to ensure the food we sell to our customers is safe. During this workshop, we learn about controlling food safety risks from “farm to fork.” We will also discuss various resources and institutions that can provide direct food safety support for your farm business in Trumbull, Mahoning, or surrounding counties in Ohio. Workshop participants will be provided with links and digital materials to make their own food safety plans and rules for their business or farmers’ market.
